The birthday drink can be redeemed once during the guest’s birth month, on any chosen day (e.g., birthday on 3 April → redeemable 1–30 April). Present the card to the host/server. The drink is chosen from menu items.

Priority booking applies to advance reservations if the requested table is not already guaranteed. If unavailable, the host/manager will offer the closest alternative. Tables are held for 20 minutes past reservation time; afterward, subject to availability. An “additional table” may be offered depending on venue load.

Complimentary tickets are provided by partners, limited in number, and offered based on guest interests, visit frequency, and average check. Merch (Categories 1–2) is set by the bar depending on stock.

Invitations to closed events are sent by e-mail and/or WhatsApp using the contacts provided when booking. Attendance may be limited; priority is given to guests with more points, frequent visits, and higher average checks. The bar may request confirmation and prioritize those who confirm.

Merch type depends on available stock; if unavailable, an alternative item or bonus is offered.

• No-deposit booking requires a minimum guest count:
• Upper floor — from 20 guests (Fri–Sun) or 15 (Mon–Thu).
• Lower floor — from 40 guests (Sun) or 30 (Mon–Thu). (Lower floor not available without deposit on Fri/Sat).

The date is agreed with the manager; the bar may decline if another event is booked or for another valid reason, and will offer alternatives. Special services (sommelier, catering, musicians, performers) are arranged separately.

Sound rules: high volume until 22:00, low volume until 22:30.

L4 privileges are valid for 12 months; to keep them, the guest must accumulate 7,000 points again within that period.

Once per year: option to host a private event (birthday, party) with no-deposit booking of a hall/floor
