PtOs clientes têm
quatro níveis com base nos pontos acumulados:
- Level 1 (Bronze / Standard Loyalty) — atribuído no momento da adesão
- Level 2 (Silver / Premium Loyalty) — 1 500 pontos
- Level 3 (Gold / VIP) — 3 500 pontos
- Level 4 (Platinum / Elite Club) — 7 000 pontos
Ao atingir
7 000 pontos, o cliente obtém as vantagens de
L4. Para manter L4, deve voltar a somar 7 000 pontos dentro de
12 meses (“um ano civil a partir do reinício”). Caso não requalifique, as vantagens de L4 terminam após esse período (aplicam-se as regras normais de
downgrade).
EngGuests have

Upon reaching
7,000 points, the guest receives
L4 privileges. To keep L4, the guest must earn 7,000 points again within
12 months (“one calendar year from the reset moment”). If not re-qualified, L4 privileges end after that period (standard
downgrade rules apply).
